Acting on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), authorities investigated David He, of Route 47 in Cape May Court House, Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland said.
A search warrant executed April 18 turned up child pornography on electronic devices, authorities said. He was arrested that day and remanded to the Cape May County Correctional Facility, pending court.
Homeland Security Investigations (Atlantic City - Division), Middle Township police and the New Jersey State Police, ICAC Task Force assisted in the investigation.
